06 / Electric controlling system

· Electric controlling cabinet: our electric system is consisted of famous brand from overseas and domestic. the electric cabinet bigger space for better heat dissipation, sealing property and water proof. Our PLC controlling system is equipped ABB brand frequency converter to ensure high stability and accuracy, and also use electric protection, contactor, and intermediate relay of Schneider brand from Germany for more stable electric controlling system. •
· The whole controlling system is equipped with PLC intelligent module, operating cabinet: the operating panel is equipped with touch-screen and man-machine interface operating system from and buttons from Schneider.
· Intelligent controlling system: water cooling, air cooling, manual operation are all managed by PLC from Siemens brand. The system is not only easier to operate and also high automatic level, and it is special design to realize higher technique data in production.
·  Touch-screen is easier to operate, and mange the technique data for requirements, and also realize the memorized function, it is also used to save setting data for using next time, the setting data can be used directly for higher production rate to reduce the repeat work.
